  • Lands forest produces rules and subject to the following conditions:

    1. This license is not transferable.
    2. The license must pay the royalty due to the Revenue office at Campden park
    3. This license, together with every receipt for money paid in respect of it must always be kept with the license of his agent in the forest, while wood is being cut or charcoal extracted and must be produced on the demand of any forestry officer.
    4. On the expiry of the license all wood cut and all charcoal obtained under it and left on crown lands shall remain the sole property of the crown.
